Google charges — separate, and paid to Google, never to us. Google's free (organic) results cannot be bought; they grow from the SEO foundation above and from customer reviews, over time. To place your business at the very top of Google results right away, Google offers paid placement (Google Ads / Local Services Ads). Those advertising charges are billed by Google directly to you and are not included in the $750. You set the monthly budget and can pause at any time — we guide the setup, you keep control.
Also available, only if you want them: registering arijenair.net — the address on your van — about $12/year, in your name. Care plan from $79/month: hosting, security updates, backups, monitoring, and small changes by WhatsApp. No long contract.
What We Need From You
- The $375 deposit (Zelle or card)
- Your logo file, if you have one — your business card works as a starting point
- Confirmation of your full services list (A/C, heating, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, duct cleaning…)
- Photos: your van, your team, and recent jobs
- Your business hours and the service areas you want to target
- Owner access to your Google Business Profile, so we can repair the website link and service areas
- Access to arijenair.com when you're ready for the transfer

Terms
- Work begins when the deposit and the materials in Section 06 are received; the 1–2 week timeline runs from that point.
- Two rounds of revisions are included. Work beyond the scope in Section 03 is quoted in writing before it is done — never billed by surprise.
- On final payment, the website is yours: your domain in your name, your content, your business.
- Content you provide (logo, photos, text) remains your property; you confirm you have the right to use it.
- No one can guarantee a #1 position in Google's free results, and we won't pretend otherwise. We guarantee the work described here, done to Google's published standards.
- Prices in this proposal are valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
